Empowering Your Right to Delete

We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal information. As part of that commitment, you have the right to request the deletion of your data from our platform at any time.

What You Can Delete

You may request the deletion of:

• Your account and profile information

• Any saved plays, diagrams, or strategies you’ve created

• Any other personal data we may have collected in connection with your use of the app

How to Request Deletion

To delete your data:

1. Go to your account settings in the app and select Delete Account,

2. Fill the form at the botton of this page, or

3. Contact us directly at coach@sportrategy.com with the subject line "Delete My Data"

Once we receive your request, we’ll begin the deletion process. Please allow up to 60 days for full removal from our systems. We may retain some data as required by law or for security and fraud prevention purposes.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account and all related content will be permanently removed

• This action is not reversible—once deleted, your data cannot be recovered

• If you return later, you’ll need to create a new account to use the app again
