Terms and Conditions

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Sportrategy App ("Licensed Application"). By downloading or using the Licensed Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

License Grant
Sportrategy LLC ("Licensor") grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store Usage Rules. This license extends to any content, materials, or services accessible from or purchased within the Licensed Application, as well as upgrades provided by Licensor that replace or supplement the original Licensed Application.

Restrictions
You may not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, updates, or any part thereof, except as permitted by law or relevant open-source licenses.

• Sell your device with the Licensed Application installed without first removing it.

Data Collection & Usage
Licensor may collect technical data related to your device, system, application software, and peripherals. This data helps with software updates, product support, and service improvements. The information will not personally identify you unless otherwise agreed upon.

Play Data Usage & Privacy

• The Licensed Application allows users to create, save, and analyze plays. Users may store plays locally on their device or in the cloud, based on their preference.

• Licensor may use anonymized and aggregated play data for statistical and analytical purposes to improve the application and enhance user experience.

• All individual plays created within the Licensed Application will remain private and will never be shared with third parties without explicit user consent.

Usage Restrictions
Sportrategy is free to use for educational and non-commercial purposes, including:

• High school, college, and national teams

• Travel teams and amateur coaching

You may not:

• Use Sportrategy for commercial purposes without our written permission

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the app or its content for commercial gain

• Sell or redistribute content created with Sportrategy as part of a paid product or service

Termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

External Services
The Licensed Application may provide access to third-party services and websites ("External Services"). You agree to use these External Services at your sole risk. Licensor is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any damages arising from their use.

Disclaimer
Sportrategy is a free tool designed to help coaches and players visualize game strategies. While we work hard to provide a reliable and smooth experience, the app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We may update, improve, or change features over time, and occasional glitches may occur. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance the platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, Licensor shall not be liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Licensed Application. Total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Export Restrictions
You may not use, export, or re-export the Licensed Application in violation of U.S. export laws, including restrictions against embargoed countries and restricted persons or entities.

U.S. Government End Users
The Licensed Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items" as defined by applicable federal regulations. They are licensed with only the rights granted to all other end users under this EULA.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], excluding conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your State] to resolve any dispute arising from this EULA. If you are outside the U.S., your local laws may apply.

By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA.
